Unreal_Estate is a collection of dance classics reserved only for the select few who actually bought the vinyl originally pressed in 2013. The album never saw a digital life until now, with a reissue happening via Brooklyn’s Color Station.

On the creative elements found in Unreal_Estate, Bewilderbeast added:

“All the samples come from field recordings, with the exception of a short interview with and a short vocal clip from Beyonce. I'm obsessed with unnatural, artificially exaggerated noise. The transformative process of loss and creation in manipulating samples is something I love."
